Find your path to peace
Individual Therapy
If you’re rebuilding, reimagining, or simply trying to breathe again, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I offer a warm, grounding space to explore whatever brings you to therapy. I support people navigating the impact of overwhelming or painful past experiences, chronic stress and anxiety, attachment wounds, major life transitions, and recovery from chaotic environments.
Relationship Counseling
Wherever you are in your relationships, therapy offers a space to slow down, listen deeply, and rediscover what you need. Relationship work can help you understand patterns, heal what feels stuck, and reignite your sense of connection and possibility. Together, we’ll nurture the courage to grow, communicate with authenticity, and create relationships that feel alive, balanced, and true to who you are.
Adult Family Therapy
Even in adulthood, we continue to find our way through shifting roles, responsibilities, and life transitions. Sometimes that means caring for parents, raising children, blending families, or facing challenges like addiction, mental health, or loss. Therapy offers a space to slow down, listen with compassion, and understand what each person needs to feel seen and supported—helping your family find steadier roots and healthier ways of relating through every season of life.

About Therapy
You’re welcome here, whether you’re seeking change, healing, or simply someone to talk to.
Approach
My approach combines practical, whole-person methods that help you understand and work through what you’re carrying. I use Brainspotting, body-based and attachment-focused strategies, expressive and nature-inspired activities, mindfulness, and tools that support nervous system regulation. These approaches can reach places that talking alone doesn’t always touch, helping our work feel steady, supportive, and genuinely helpful.
Focus
I work with people carrying the weight of past experiences, ongoing stress or anxiety, relationship patterns, big life transitions, recovery from chaotic environments, or the impact of substance use on themselves or a loved one. If you’re trying to rebuild, shift old patterns, or simply find some breathing room, you don’t have to do it alone.
We Might Be a Fit If...

Let’s take the first step together.
Brainspotting (BSP) is a brain-based, experiential therapy that helps people process and release trauma, emotional distress, and body-held pain by accessing experiences are stored in the nervous system.
How It Works
Brainspotting is based on the brain–body connection. By finding a specific eye position (a “brainspot”) linked to an experience, the brain can resume natural processing that was previously blocked by stress or trauma. This can lead to emotional relief, greater regulation, and new perspective. Brainspotting is helpful for concerns such as trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, cravings, grief, painful memories, and confidence or creativity blocks.
What Happens in a Session
You choose an issue to focus on, notice body sensations, and we identify the brainspot most connected to your experience. You may use bilateral music to support processing. You can speak or remain quiet—verbal processing is optional. Time is included at the end to reflect, and journaling afterward is encouraged.
After a SessionYou may feel relief, calm, energy, or fatigue. Some people notice physical or emotional release or vivid dreams. These responses are normal as the brain continues processing. Gentle self-care is recommended, especially within the first 24 hours.
